Learn how to incorporate Power yoga techniques into your yoga classes. In this one day yoga workshop you will learn the basics of Power yoga and class structuring techniques. This will allow you to take fresh new ideas and challenges into your classes. We will also look at ways to gradually build students up to strength asanas such as arm balances, in this workshop these include will Bhekasna and Tittibasana.
The workshop is 9 am to 5.30 pm with a maximum of 14 participants £40
Shared taxis can be arranged from Alnmouth station which is on the main London to Edinburgh rail line (a 5 minute taxi journey from Alnwick) or I can provide details of taxi numbers/ bus numbers from Alnmouth station
